I ended up buying a lava lamp online typical online purchase. Nothing stand out about it in any way shape or form, but after having it for a month, all of the color had bleached out of the fluid and the wax of the lava lamp, which is wild. I don’t know where it went. I didn’t know what to do because I didn’t have the original box anymore. I also had the product for a month, but I was also very disappointed with the product since it only lasted a month. Contacted to support with photos. Explain what my problem was I was completely blown away with the customer support I received from Spencer‘s. It was quick. It was easy. It was efficient. The agent knew exactly what I needed. No questions asked just a good let me help. Phylis got me a new lava lamp at my door within five days. Couldn’t have had a better customer service experience. All customer service should be like this
