The website is a bit clunky. You should not have to choose an overall category and only be able to shop in that category without going backwards. Transition between categories should flow better.

Might I suggest that things like (all) bags have measurements and everything have pictures of front back and sides. It would make it easier to figure out if the item is suitable for it's purpose. Case in point, I was looking for a bag for my diabetes meter and other items, the cosmetic cases don't have measurements. I bought one anyway but for future reference when listing products and clothing it would be helpful.

My order arrived on 7 Sept, 4 days after ordering from you. Shipping notice was issued 2 days after the order was placed. I am VERY disappointed, since I paid for express, 2-day shipping (my expectation was for delivery at latest 6 Sept, 3 days after order placement) This arrived late to my need … and slower than the purchased 2-day shipping, hence I am requesting a refund of the $ 20 express shipping costs.

I saw the dress I wanted in the brick & morter store, but not in my size. When I inquired to the sales person, she stated that was the only size available. She did not direct me to the website. When I got home, I took a chance to see if there was a website and sure enough, the dress was available in my size so I could order it.

I ordered 6 jars of apple salsa and 7 jars of peach salsa. I received 2 jars of apple and 2 jars of peach and was refunded the rest of my money. Disappointing. I really like these products.

The only thing I didn’t like was after I made my selection it didn’t give me the option to continue to shop. I most certainly would have appreciated this option. I was at my first Southern Living stand alone store at The Landing in Branson, MO. last week and I regretted not buying an item that I saw for my granddaughter. I finally found their phone number and the item had been sold so they gave me the web address for Southern Living Store online. They spoke very highly of your online store. I was delighted to find my item I had seen in the store!

The salsa is so good. I wish stores carried it but it arrived in great shape, so no broken glass and the salsa is so good. I have not opened the news jars because I still have 2 jars left from another time I purchased it so as soon as the two jars are gone I will start on my new jars of salsa. It is so good that I don't want to buy any one else's salsa and I was getting low so I order ahead before I ran out.
