The ring arrived and was perfect, but after wearing it at work while I was typing, I realized the photo was already showing wear. I didn't rub the photo, it wasn't exposed to chemicals or soap, but the photo is showing wear on the corner. I can't tell you how disappointing it is to have purchased a ring I cannot wear, as the whole purpose of the ring was to see my grandson's photo. I've tried calling and doing an online chat, but because it is personalized, they said I can't return it.

I bought the picture magnet that plays a song for my daughter and her new husband using a picture from their wedding day and the song from their first dance. I also bought the personalized base incase they wanted to display it somewhere else in the house they said it was beautiful the song plays clearly and good quality. The order to ship time was quick and it was delivered fast. Will definitely order from this site again as they had so many great gift options.

I was excited about my order, paid for VIP, it was produced in a reasonable time, then got stuck in customs for a while prolonging the anticipation. It did arrive toward the tail end of the window. The product looks like high enough quality for the price. The only issue was that I uploaded a recording be added to the album box. Nothing played at first but I went back to check after it was on the charger for a while. Turns out the wrong song was added to it. I definitely didn’t request the Harry Potter soundtrack.
