Worst experience with support. Called because before 6 months of having the product I was instructed to do diagnostics and they could not locate issue so required us to have them ship a new head for the unit. One month later we got it and after a few weeks it had the same malfunction issue. Requested refund but told had to run another diagnostic with tech support over phone. While doing this I was instructed to pull a main water line tag that resulted in water submerging my basement and treadmill. Tech support disconnect with us to speak with the owner and multiple hours later no response so we called. No answer but did get an email saying we should contact our home insurance. Did nothing about the refund. Tech was on video phone when this happened and was unable to record. I was able to get pictures and take short video and sent to tech support who did not respond. Left with a wet basement paid for but not working water softener and well.. just bad business.

Arrived quickly, well packaged, Had it professionally installed because needed new hookups but should have been able to install myself otherwise (I have moderate DIY experience). Easy to use and works well. The electronic controls are bit confusing but support was able to provide detailed manual. My model doesn't connect to wifi, given current state of industry would expect that to be included by default,

Kristine Solayowas the SoftPro agent I was communicating with. She was very methodical in her approach to help me select the right product I needed. Also, I did not feel like being pressured by her to make a purchase. In short, I just liked her marketing knowledge and approach.

I started looking for a water treatment system for our new well. Looked at about 7 different systems. Narrowed the field down to 3 based on specifications/cost/and company reputation. The Soft Pro system was the best price for a system that would handle all of the problems with or well water.

Appears to be a good product. I have completed installation but have not placed in service yet. All expected parts were included, and I purchased the longer SS flex connector that I needed locally. As soon as I complete system chlorination I will place unit in service. I should know how it performs within a month.
