I did this survey and rated the merchant's shipping and delivery time as terrible. It took over three weeks, with no updated communicated as to when my order was going to be shipped. This is not an issue with Smart Equine as the customer service people I spoke with were courteous, professional and tried to be helpful. They both explained that the merchant who offers the Jumping boots, I purchased, is not good about updating SmartEquine as to the status of an order. The merchant does not inform SmartEquine when the order is being shipped. They simply provide one email to Smart Equine stating they have received the order and are working on it. If I were Smart Equine, I would not have an affiliation with this particular merchant as it is not a good reflection on SmartEquine because originally I, mistakenly, thought this was a Smart Equine shipping issue until the customer service people I spoke with (two different times) told me they contacted the merchant and hadn't heard back from the merchant.
I am not upset with Smart Equine as I have always had nothing but a positive experience with Smart Equine in the past. This merchant who you do business with is simply not a good reflection on SmartEquine. Due to the fact that both customer service people (who were great!) told me this always happens with this merchant. It puts SmartEquine in a precarious situation with your customers.
