I called and discovered that SmartPak Pouches WERE NOT ELIGIBLE for Colic Care even though the website showed the logo for it. CS said it was not there and I could not return BOTH of the November Caddies I had purchased based on the website adverts. She "allowed" me to send back oe caddy of the two unopened caddies. The first caddy of Pouches was being fed to my new horse. This is my 3rd horse and I only came to SmartPak website to obtain it ( instead of Tractor Supply or Dover) for the Colic Care Program. I have been very disappointed in SmartPak CS for this. I tried the Chatbot with no guidance. The AutoShip said I had no Smart Gut Ultra on Autoship. But Order Records said I did. I changed Caddy shipping address for the second order and and the same order came to both my house and to the stables.I called and found out that even though the logo appeared on the Caddy Box with Pouches picture, my horse was not eligible for Colic Care until after January 1, 2026 after being fed the pouches daily from the first Caddy received and two caddies already delivered. She said I could send one back and I was just out the money I paid for the other of caddy. She set me up with the SmartPak strip of of Suppliment paks and I had to pay additional money for that box. She advised me not to use the 3rd Caddy, since I would be sent the only Colic Care Eligible strip of daily paks, and using them would void the Colic Care and set his eligibility date for coverage farther in the future.
I also sent a reply email to the CS email address which had the one return label. I included a screen shot of the Caddy & Pouches website page with rhe Colic Care check mark logo - snapped one hour after my phone call with CS.And requested that based on the advertised coverage. I wished to have the coverage start Dacember 1, since he had started the Pouches based on the provided info.
I also printed that email and the color screenshots of the Web page I had relied upon to make my 3 Caddy purchases on Autoship. I marked the exterior of the Package that a document set was included for the Admin Offices, and I marked it on the top of the pages I stapled together and wrapped around the Caddy. The Caddy was sent 3 day Mail, and I have not received any acknowledgement. Even an advertisement for SmartPak Colic Care coverage on YouTube this evening had the bulk Tubs and Caddy boxes in the display as they spoke of the Colic Care program.
