Over the past few years I have noticed the products offered by SmartPak to decrease.
I have found items that were typically available are either no longer in stock, or are simply not offered by SmartPak. I understand niche items may go in and out, but at this time SmartPak does not offer or has limited options for: tail brush, soft bristled brushes, ring side back packs, blades for clippers sold by SmartPak, high end tack/apparel, etc.
I also noticed that the shipping is greatly suffering. During my experience today the economy shipping ($0), had the same estimated arrival as priority shipping (approx. $20). In the past SmartPak was able to get items to me in 2-3 business days, now I am waiting nearly a week.
I understand that online ordering can require a few days of turn around time. However, today when so many things are readily available (and SmartPak once was readily available) it is frustrating when something cannot be purchased.
At this point, I have cancelled my supplements because the cost began outweighing the benefit, and I have began purchasing more items from other tack shops.
