Website was easy to use, but product image includes bucket that does not actually get included with product (supplement). I contacted support twice by phone to confirm whether or not the bucket gets included with the supplement and waited on hold longer than 10 minutes both times before giving up. Next I tried the chat and ultimately connected with a representative after more than 20 minutes waiting. She was very helpful and said the bucket pictured does not ship with the product in the size I wanted to order. I explained to her how the bag was not a good storage option for a feed room and could easily be chewed through by rodents and asked if there might be an option in the future to ask for a bucket to be included with shipment upon first purchase, then you could order the bag to refill the bucket for future orders to reduce plastic waste and shipping cost. She said she would suggest it, and I'm hoping by including that suggestion here as well it might actually reach someone. It seems like a gross oversight on Smartpak's part to not include any sort of rodent-proof storage option with supplements meant to be stored in feed rooms which are chronically infested with rodents. Once the representative answered my questions, I was able to complete the checkout process easily.
