Today I ordered my husband the cologne he's been wanting for awhile. I had just filled out a survey and got a code for 15% off and thought it would be a great time to take advantage of the discount. It's the only thing he's asked for as a Christmas gift. Then to my surprise I also had some extra rewards money in my account to use towards the purchase. The only negative thing I have to say is I don't like that Scent Box isn't a customer pleasing company. In their "fine print" they basically say in a nutshell they take no responsibly for anything once the items leave their hands and its all on the customers. With Christmas around the corner, there is a lot of lost packages, package fraud, stolen packages, damaged packages etc. All of which the customer has no control over. They just liked YOUR product, gave you business and if they're misfortune enough to have any of these things happen, its on them? That's bad business. I pay for the monthly subscription, and these samples are pricey. Department stores give them away for free. But if rather pay because I like getting packages in the mail. I don't like doing business with shady businesses though. I live on main Street, the delivery services are careless with my packages and just toss them anywhere. They never follow my instructions. I leave specific instructions because living on main Street leaves access for almost anyone to steal my packages. Its happened many times. But I also have cameras so I can prove they were stolen. This should never be left on the customer/ client. They're the ones giving you business in the first place. Just something to think about.
