First time subscriber’s Experience

I contacted Scentbird because I signed up for a premium scent subscription, and I noticed first that it processed my order before it even saved my queued scents. When I finally spoke with someone, they weren’t even able to find any record of my account, let alone my purchase.
My main concern was how I was supposed to receive the premium scent of my choice without them even having the scent (or record of my order!). And my fears were valid because I finally received my order today (I ordered it on 12/31/2025), and it was some scent I didn’t even see as an option on their website, period, let alone the scent of my choice, which was supposed to be “Candy” by Prada.
I contacted them again, immediately today (1/5/26), after seeing what I received (“New York Sparkle” by Kate Spade), so hopefully they do something to turn this around because this honestly isn’t a good first impression.
