I had a positive experience with scentbox! I love their selection of fragrances and although there are quite a few that I am interested in that they don't have, they more than make up for it with the many that they do. This service is very kind to new customers with their first month being half off. I wish more of my friends were willing to get a month so that I can benefit from the referrals haha. To them, the price sets them off about it, but it wasn't as much of a concern for me. At a discount, I am happy to use this service but I can't see myself using it at full price. I have received 2 platinum 3 scent boxes and I love them! I only wish that I took advantage of the free monthly exchange that I had received with them. Shipping might take a bit but you would be made aware of this if true ahead of time. The site seems a little outdated to me. It was a little strange to move around the site and hard to find what I was looking for at times. More than anything, it just does not look user-friendly. It took me a little while to really figure out how to use the site. Customers service has been pretty good. They have helped me with all the problems I have had with their service, such as choosing the wrong subscription, or the wrong scents getting chosen. Keep in mind that they don't seem to reply on weekends. I have never had a problem with an item being out of stock, although I am still a bit new to the service. Overall, I think this service is worth it for a month or two for the discount, but no longer worth it at full price!
