Recent purchase arrived as expected. My previous orders were damaged, so I was not confident that would be the case. Customer service was of no help and the discount for future purchases does not seem to exist. The foal probiotic seems to help my foals, this is the only reason I continue to order from this company.

We show horses and came across the calming supplement. Last season was our first time using it and it worked wonders. One of our mare’s was much more comfortable traveling and showing. Our show results were much better due to the calming supplement.

Our veterinarian confirmed our calves had BRD of a very specific strain that required Zoetis' Excede immediately. The wonderful Santa Cruz pharmacist over-nighted the meds, personally tracked the Saturday deliver and alerted me that the meds had arrived. Inside the box with the meds was additional information the amazing pharmacist had taken the time to research for me as well as a note of encouragement and hope that the calves would be better soon. Who does that!? I can't say enough about how Santa Cruz Animal Health helped me.

I love Santa Cruz! Your vitamin E supplement was recommended to me by a vet, and I now use it for all my horses as do 3 of my friends. The pellets are very appetizing even to my picky horse, but I love that there’s an even more affordable powder available! Buying directly from you has always been very easy with fast shipping

Jeffers Pet offers the best selection and prices compared to any other site I have tried. I order almost all of my pet medications (horse, dog & cat) through Jeffers because they ship quickly, are reliable and the best deal for my money having more than one animal.

The tax exemption section should be automatic. Discounts over $500 should be automatic; manual calculations are a bit tedious. The exemption calculation should be defined.

Service was good but the website attempted to attach the wrong state sales tax to my order. All online purchases are required to collect state sales tax, but you're trying to collect local and city tax based on zip code. That's not right for a rural destination. Correct you're tax rates.
