Packaging and handling was horrible. The box with the product was barely holding together, falling apart with a lackluster piece of blue tape jolding it all together. That send a message ā our product is shit so we treat it like oneā. CAME HOT! Not warm not lukewarm HOT!! instructions are clear ftom the maker/lab. āStore in cool and dark. If the product says cool and dark a barely alive box and hot product is well stupid?! Respect your own product! Step up the delivery and packaging standards. I have no clue how good or bad the product actually is first time but the first impression was horrible. I next call she disagress like what in the world is your disagreeing with?! Its HOT! Idc how its stored there if the product i receive is suspect and in a plastic bottle and Hot its safe to assume plastic has melted into the product as well. Also your associates said you don't even follow your own storage directions. If calls are recorded go listen.
She said she would call back never did, instead i received a email 2 days later saying a new package with ice and a proper box was sent out and they handled the cost so they redeemed themselves. Now if the product itself is effective for my dog I will order again.
