I wanted the On Cloudsurfer Next shoe in size 6 but it was sold out on the On website so I searched the eeb for other options and found Runners Plus. they only have a 6.5 and it was only $112 taxes and shipping included! it was cheaper then the sale price at the On website. i havent heard of Runners Plus before so i even searched if they’re legit before placing my order. i got my shoes on time, tracking it was easy. i went back to the website to look for other shoes (i just started in my running era) but maybe because of the holiday, theyre sold out but will be checking from time to time. i also got a $20 reward from my On purchase — who does that? now i can buy a pair of nylon running socks too - for free! i also learned that a former employee bought the store so thats an amazing success story. looking forward to buying again from this store since i really had a great first experience. keep the prices affordable, please! Thanks!

I was truly impressed by the level of customer service RP provides. I had ordered the wrong size by mistake and when I called I spoke to an actual person who resolved my issue right away. Outstanding customer service I will always come back here for my and my daughters track sneakers.

Runners PLUS has the selections I want at better prices than I can get locally. They are quick delivery so if the size isn't right you can return...though you have to pay to return.

I purchased these shorts for a gift for our thirteen year old niece. Not only was the pattern fun, she loved them and said they are the most comfortable running shorts she has ever worn and wants to replace all her shorts with these! I was looking for On Cloudsurfer in my size and this appeared in my Google Search. I have not heard of Runners Plus before so I was a bit skeptical. But I really want to get the On shoes so I put my card info and was surprised that I only paid $112.50 with free shipping. I hope it does get to em with no additional charges and delays and will certainly tell everyone about this.

The shoes have yellow between the toes which I did not expect when I ordered them also the picture shown on the website has all black between the toes that why I purchased them. Tank top looks very nice. The medium size fits everywhere except a little snug across breast area. The material is a bit heavy for a running top especially in hot weather. If material lighter and more breathable it would be so much better.

Ordered a gift card for my son. The company canceled it even though the charge was run. I had to spend another $200 to get the gift card and have to wait 5-7 business days for the original payment to drop from pending. thankfully I had a temporary $400 to spend on this gift!

The web site is impossible to use, I tried and tried to order a second pair but it was impossible to do so. The service person kept telling me they sent a link but every time I clicked on it, it either went to a gift site (constantly) or no matter what color shoe I wanted it came up at the same price when I have emails telling to to click on the colors.for the sale price!! Absolutely fruitless!!!!!!
