I was looking for a 2nd pair of Brooks and discovered Runners Plus online. Their selection and fair pricing was unbeatable. After researching RP and finding out they are legit, I ordered my Brooks Max 2. The shoes were shipped quickly and even though it was during the holidays the shoes arrived quicker than expected. I was skeptical to purchase online with a company that was unknown to me. The price was the best price I had found while looking for the shoe (6 months). I did a little research on the company and found that it had good solid reviews so I took a chance. It paid off! The confirmation of my order showed up in my email right away, which was a good start. I am so extremely disappointed with your product. Both pairs of OOFOS did not look new, in fact, I had to use several chlorox wipes to clean the bottom of the size 7 shoes. They were both Christmas gifts which were requested in pink. If I had more time, I would have returned them. I am embarrassed just thinking about the thought of the recipient seeing the shoes were worn. I should have taken a picture as a reference. My husband assured me both pairs appeared to look better after I cleaned them several times but it was obvious he could see how upset I was and did not want me to stress further. The decision to purchase a slightly worn item should have been mine, not yours to pass off as new and not offer a discount if I chose to move forward .This is not EBay! I think I deserve a partial refund and NOT a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Customer service means everything to me and you should stand on the integrity of your product. I also own several pair of OOFOS and routinely order them as gifts. This is my first time utilizing your site as the pink was not available on others.

I wanted the On Cloudsurfer Next shoe in size 6 but it was sold out on the On website so I searched the eeb for other options and found Runners Plus. they only have a 6.5 and it was only $112 taxes and shipping included! it was cheaper then the sale price at the On website. i havent heard of Runners Plus before so i even searched if they’re legit before placing my order. i got my shoes on time, tracking it was easy. i went back to the website to look for other shoes (i just started in my running era) but maybe because of the holiday, theyre sold out but will be checking from time to time. i also got a $20 reward from my On purchase — who does that? now i can buy a pair of nylon running socks too - for free! i also learned that a former employee bought the store so thats an amazing success story. looking forward to buying again from this store since i really had a great first experience. keep the prices affordable, please! Thanks!

I purchased these shorts for a gift for our thirteen year old niece.
