Site Experience FeedbackFeb 19, 2026
A few things i'd like to share. First... this is my 2nd order. My first order, I had a typo, so i'm back to order a new traditional rubber (return address) stamper. The reason I came back here is because I REALLY LOVE that you stamper came with a small cover so that when not in use, it does not get everything else messy with ink.
That said, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with how long my first order took to be made and delivered. Several times i had to check to confirm that it was not lost in the mail. So you really should give the customer some kind of meaningful expectation as to when they can receive their product, even if it's a date range. 3 weeks is a really long time, in todays world, to wait to get something as small and what seems to be as simple as a custom rubber stamper.
The other thing I found SUPER FRUSTRATING... both in Google Chrome (most current version as it was just updated) as well as Mozilla Firefox (also updated to most current version)... it felt like wherever the mouse hovered, I got some kind of pop up. So then I had to go beyond the window and then back to where I was wanting to put the mouse in the first place.
There is 0 need to have everything popping up when the mouse barely touches it. If you want something to pop up for the customer when the mouse lands on something, then at least increase the time the pointer rests before that next window pops up! Just add 2 seconds and that should fix it. Super annoying and for these 3 reasons: 1) VERY LONG DELIVERY TIME WITH VERY FEW UPDATES telling me why 2) NOT BEING GIVEN AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE when purchasing, and 3) WHAT FEELS LIKE UNENDING POP UPS when the mouse touches something... I really will 2nd guess whether to come back here or go somewhere else. I know i would feel the need to warn anyone i refer to your site... and you should not ever want customers using terms like WARN, when also talking about giving referrals! LOL But it is true!
I hope a human will read this feedback and hopefully will start the Continuous Improvement cycle to see if other customers have similar feelings so that you can take the actions necessary to make the shopping experience more fluid, more engaging, more informational, and faster to get from initial site view to checkout completed..
Thanks
