My biggest complain was that I was unable to put my buzzer code on the 2nd address line provided on Roots Address information. When I called Customer SErvice they said I have to contact FedEx which I did. But FedEx only goes by the address provided by Roots. So that was a waste of time. I was concerned that my order would not reach in time since I am travelling out of country and the purchase was to take with me as a gift. Also I tried ordering one item on-line at the store ( via the store clerk) and she said it was showing sold out in all stores. Thankfully, when I came home I went on-line again and was able to order it. Why was there a disconnect between the store and on-line? Anyway, I will not order on-line again because of this. When the first part of my order was delivered, I was at home and had to sign for it. He said thatrequest comes from the vendor (Roots). So if I wasn't home it would have been returned and I would have had to go and pick it up. I don't know what changed, because the next two items delivered did not require my signature and it was dropped in front of my door to the apartment (not the main entrance door).
