My experience was very frustrating. Your website repeatedly showed items as in stock, allowed me to fully place and process orders, and then cancelled them later the same day. I understand inventory isn’t held during checkout, but I don’t understand why full orders are being processed at all when there's no stock available.
I used a gift card, which required reissuing a new one after order cancellation - except the second time this happened, the gift card was never refunded. Customer service was polite and tried to help, but I was told I’d receive a new gift card within 5 business days and never did. When I called back two weeks later, I was told it had been rejected, with no notification or system flag. I still want this product, but now I have to wait another week for a new gift card, and am hesitant to use it again online for fear of the same issue happening all over again.
Overall, your customer service staff is helpful, but the online ordering and gift card systems are very poor and unreliable.
