I was ordering items for my son’s exchange trip to Japan. The website kept kicking me out and I had to restart multiple times. I tried to use a gift card for a portion and it didn’t work. When I ordered finally, a couple of days later I received and email that my entire order was cancelled and I’d be refunded. I wasn’t sure how the gift card (I was able to use one) would be refunded or if it would come in cash, that wasn’t clear. Then I received an email saying my order had shipped??? Then I received another email indicating one part of my order was cancelled due to stock. Then one day I received another email small item via FedEx. I wasn’t sure what else I was getting or how. I hadn’t received a refund for anything yet. The next day I received another piece of the order. I had orders four items. I’m now thinking my two cancellation emails were for those two items. Neither time was that clear and the first email said-your whole order has been cancelled. I still have no refund. This has wasted my time as I need good Canadian type gifts to send with my son for his host family and I’m missing two of them. I didn’t want to go get new ones because I wasn’t sure if they’d actually show up. Now I’m left scrambling in a two week window. It was a clunky, poorly communicated experience and I’m still out my money/gift card replacement for the items that were cancelled…
