I would say everything is a 10 in quality, company and ease of purchase. In my experience there was an issue. I placed an order on line, at purchase it said .. having troubles at this time purchasing, please try again later. I tried again later and it went through. The next day I received an email my purchase (s)? We’re on the way! Fantastic getting emails and updates!! My only advice is to make sure if that happens to double check before trying again. It placed exact order twice !! I emailed customer service right away to correct this , but no response, ever.
I plan to drive just over an hour to take one back. I could email it back but it charges 7$, which is not a lot, but I’d rather get all back as it wasn’t my fault the first order went through.
Overall it’s a glitch in the internet, but Roots is a fantastic company and I recommend and will be ordering again.
