I ordered the cloud Twinsie purse in bone white. I already own the same purse in black and I love it. My order was cancelled and I was advised the bag is no longer in stock. The same bag was still showing as available online. I visited a Roots store at my local mall and the associate told me to try to order again. I tried again and my order was cancelled. I used the chat bot online service to inquire if the bag is still available and I was connected with a live agent. He was very nice and advised me that there were 7 bags in stock and I should try to order again. I placed the order again and the bag was delivered the next day. I was very excited to receive the bag but after looking at it closely, it looks dirty. It looks like a display model that’s been handled too much. I am disappointed and I will be returning the purse. I have bought so many Roots purses over the years and quite a few were purchased online. I have never had a bad experience with Roots before but now I feel like I should be looking elsewhere.
