I was a regular customer, spending lots of money buying roots for myself, and my family recently placed an order online loved roots, the quality of the clothing that their Canadian, and that I could pay through Afterpay were all pluses received my order. All the clothes were too small for my son who is big for his age went to the store to return them and re-order. I was told that they would refund the order and I have to pay for everything again and the refund wouldn’t be received for three or four days. The order was over $200 and then I took off one of the tags on the shorts but you could see it was all brand new everything was together all the clothes I received so they wouldn’t reach the fun the shorts so I got stuck with a pair of $40 plus shorts that I can’t do nothing with the pants that I purchased. One of the pairs of those does not say final sale when you click on it to buy it but after you buy it and it’s in your cart, it says final sale in Redz so they wouldn’t exchange those. They didn’t have the size so I’m stuck with over 80 bucks in merchandise that will not fit my son and he desperately needs clothes a waste of money I just threw away so angry. I’m no longer a customer routes. I will go to footlocker and get him Jordan and Nike Adidas and puma like they normally doForget you.
