I didn't see the option to update my shipping address during checkout, only my billing address. Once confirmed, I realised that my shipping address was still old, so I tried to change it for this order and that was unsucessful. I used the live chat and email, both told me that I had to contact FedEx. When I called FedEx, they told me that Roots had to update it. Finally, I got a response from Roots customer service, they said they had updated my shipping address, but there couldn't be guarantee that my order would arrive at the new address. This all took 4 days, and my order had already shipped. I ordered one skort in 2 sizes and my order was split in 2. Both items were delivered at my old address... Luckily, I live 10 minutes from my old home so I was able to pick up my items, and even more lucky that the item fits and is beautiful.
Long story short, make it stupidly obvious where a customer can update their shipping address during checkout...
