I have yet to try on the items that arrived this week. The neck cardigan exceeded my expectations and will be a three season item to add to my closet. Quality exceeded expectations and fit is perfect for layering or wearing instead of a light jacket.

For some reason I had a terrible time on the website today and had to call Customer Care. I ended up with an agent with the name of Samantha. She was absolutely amazing and walked me through the clitches and I was able to get my order placed

I was initially very happy to get my items. But then I noticed that a security tag was STILL ON my sweater. Then I had to go to the store to have them remove it. Which defeats the purpose of buying something online.

I have purchased many crew neck sweatshirts from Roots and loved them all. This time I ordered my usual size, XS and it was too short in the body and the sleeves. I reordered in a S and it is still much smaller than my previous crew neck tops. Again the body is shorter and the sleeves are much shorter.

Love the final set I purchased. Had to try a few sizes to get there but worth it. Info provided in stores at market mall and Chinook mall was accurate and helpful. Sometimes hard to find xs in stock.

The website is horrible for searching - if you click one item from a list, then go back, it scrambles the search and often sends you to the start, which is so frustrating - ide rather it be in pages than one super long list. Item quality is amazing - super happy with every part of my purchase I appreciated the 20% discount code - it was why I purchased this time and why I purchased full price items. Wish they had these more often. I want to place another order now but without the discount I won’t. Wish the toddler seeats weren’t so expensive. They grow out so fast and other brands are a fraction of the price, but I want to try them for my child. Sometimes your searches dont bring up all your products ie I searched plaid but the park plaid didn’t come up - I can’t be sure that’s exactly the way it was but something like that. Figured worth a mention

The bot was frustrating to deal with as it kept answering the same question and it kept asking me the same questions. A live agent was unavailable because of the time. I find the website very confusing as I would like to view items by your various collections but the results would show a variety of collections. The same products were shown several times in different colours when the colour options were shown under each item. Using the filters was annoying because it didn’t filter out everything I checked.

I would definitely would recommend Roots. I have been buying your products for years for myself, kids and now grandchildren. I love the quarter zip, the colour is amazing. I prefer my sweatshirt a bit longer and this one is short. I did read that in the review but everybodys body is different. I'm very dissappointed.

This is the first time this has happened I usually wash all my garments before wearing which I did but it seems after washing my sweat suit the colour has changed. The colour has become uneven so I haven't even got to wear it and I don't know if I can exchange it! If you are able to help me with this I would really appreciate it.
