I purchased with the intent of applied a gift card. Since the amount is a little over the gift card amount, it required me to enter a credit card for the excess. However, when placing the order, it ended up not applying the gift card and charging the whole amount to the credit card. I can’t even cancel the order a few seconds after. I called customer service and they can’t even cancel the order. I explained everything and all was good they will set up a return and exchange with the retail store here. Notes were added to my “file”. They said to call before again when I receive the items so they can set it up with the store. I specifically asked to add notes so I will not have to explain it all over again. All was good and the first customer service rep was the best. Fast forward I received the items and called customer service just as instructed and agreed. He read the notes but I still ended up explaining it all again. He seems to not know what he was doing really. Not very helpful at all and that 30 to 45 mins talk was a wasted time. I could have just went straight to the store and that call would bot have mattered.
All good with the refund and purchase. Just too much hassle.
