Had a few issues, which make it frustrating to utilize the power of the site.
First, on IOS I cannot paste into the search bar. I use the brave browser app and an iphone 12 mini, and when I tap a second time to bring up the paste menu it knocks me out of the search bar.
Second, I wish the OEM parts schematics were better implemented somehow. It would be amazing if more items had one sentence of description allowing them to be more easily searched, identified, and understood. The schematic for my bike has parts relevant to an oil change scattered across different schematic pages, and many of the plastics/frame bolts have no description. This makes it hard to know what I actually need to buy.
Lastly, I had some kind of issue with my Amex card. Would be great if that worked, because when it failed it emptied my cart completely and I had to go back to the schematics.
Overall the experience was simultaneously frustrating and great. I was able to order specific washers and gaskets for my older bike, but the process took an hour longer than needed.
I would recommend having a good UX designer give some suggestions or do some work.
