I really like RMATV. I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of products from them over the years for my bikes. I like the fast shipping. Everybody i've talked to (on the phone) has been great and mostly helpful. I'm building a BDR bike now. I need stock and non-stock parts for it. The website is great for the stock parts when you plug your bike into the vehicle finder. For the non-stock parts I needed to ask some specific anatomic questions about what I needed. I called and the nice gal on the other end helped me understand a few things that I couldn't figure out. I had more questions and it was after hours, so I just emailed the questions to @sales. What I got was a "only these parts fit your bike based on our website" generic answer. I know for a fact, that other parts not listed on the vehicle finder, or "universal" parts fit my bike. I just needed somebody to lay eyes on the intended aftermarket part and compare it to the stock part, both of which they have in their warehouse. They have my info, they could have given me a quick phone call to clarify my question and give me an answer after they investigated. That would have been ideal. But it didn't happen. I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service. If anybody could have answered my question with 100% certainty, it would be RMATV.
