My order went well today, ordered a Perelli MX 32 rear tire though when originally looking it up, I had a little trouble finding the exact one went back and looked at a screenshot that I had took of it from a earlier date typed in the exact tire name and number and then was able to pull it up. Website could definitely use some fine-tuning. The only complaints I really have about Rocky Mountain is the return policy. If I get shipped the wrong part, my new one won’t be shipped out until I shipped the wrong one back unless I go ahead and purchase another one and then of course it’ll be reimbursed on the card when the wrong one returns but there’s that that involves a long waiting process of shipping back & fourth which can delay getting parts in time for a race.
I have been shipped wrong parts from other sites and they shipped me the new one right away with the return slip included and I just took the new one out put the wrong one back in that box put the return slip on it and shipped it back and saved a lot of time. JS.
Have had a little trouble ordering OEM parts have actually had to just call and order to ensure I got the right parts on two occasions.
