great product, good price, but crap customer support, rather I had an issue with their shipper (Fed-ex) and I took the time to explain it via email, and they sent a response with inaccurate and irrelevant data, so I replied again telling them (politely) that they were missing the point and worse an oppty to improve. net net, after I bought it, I got a note the day before arrival that it would arrive the next day, given the cost I opted to not let it sit on the porch, so 15 minutes after the 4 hr window expired I go online again, I had been doing it for the entire 4 hours, only to find someting like update pending,not, forget it showing up today, so again I wait the rest of the day. send my note to Rocky mtn, telling them I don't even know when now so I have to wait another day? and to please contact their vendor as they have more influence over them. the response was like the kid in christmas story leaving his friend with his tongue stuck to the pole, "the bell rang" but in this version, the passed the buck to fed-ex , missiung my point entirely, and I stated that FEd-ex works for you am I suppoed to take 2-3 days off every time order from you? they said I can pay for non free shipping, I explained had it been indicated that they would blow me off and not have the common decency to contact me when THEY KNEW it wouldnt arrive at the time they communicated, that would have made it more reasonable, etc etc. so Rocky mtn's response, NOTHING, wow, I took the time to try and help them not get a bad rep, and they didnt even bother to reply with anything of value... too bad I can't go back in this survey without rewriting this, or I would lower my rating for will I shop there again... this is an ez fix go thumpon fed-ex to help them by knowniw YOU the org that gave them this oppty screwed up
