I love the videos included in the product pictorials. RM has made it very easy to pull up order history, scroll through items and watch install video to show the day short. Such a great website! I appreciate the OEM detailed drawings that allow easy parts identification and ability to quick click and add to cart. Brilliant website!
Suggestion: I would suggest a part of your website options would be a training clinic that I could log in and go through the courses from very basic maintenance to advanced PM procedures. Sometimes us consumers are only watching videos specific to failed parts that need to be replaced but I think you could really capture the audience if you put together a full comprehensive training series that allowed people to stay in touch with the dirt bike maintenance before failures happen so that we're confident of how to move on to do the repair. Obviously if people are familiar with going to Rocky Mountain video content to find repair solutions I would only imagine Rocky Mountain would enjoy higher sales volumes because you are building brand loyalty because of such an awesome training series. I can only speak for myself but most things I work on confident from watching your videos but I would request very specific detailed content when it comes to taking apart the forks and rebuilding forks as well as this assembly and rebuilding of the main shock. I don't know if I would try to take on an entire engine tear down but I think that that would be some awesome content as well, thank you guys.
