The only way to describe the resolution process is simply grading the responses which were always polite and straightforward. I received feedback through email and I reached out by email and phone in order to come to a conclusion swifter. No disappoint there. The scrubs looked wonderful, they fit my needs at the time and provided a professional approach. Thank you🙂
