Initially I was not able to complete the order due to Shopify having issues confirming addresses globally. Once I contacted RA customer service the situation was explained with several options for resolution offered, one of which ultimately completed this latest purchase. To that end, the entirety of the customer service team should be recognized and applauded! Now, that said, far too many companies including RA have become so hopelessly dependent on the internet they cannot handle their business without it. As a business owner myself, I view this dependency as exceptionally short sided and wholly unprofessional! Perhaps one of the biggest lessons learned here RA is to have alternate contingencies for this problem when it happens again. There are still many companies where you can actually call a living human who takes your order, processes payment and schedules the purchase for pick up or delivery based on the date/time or address you give them. RA team, as your business continues to grow so should your plans to keep products flowing without a third party pay system, my two cents. Overall this has been another great purchase but there is always room for improvement!
