I don't remember the exact details. The descriptions for the website's offerings were vague and confusing. Also, the order did not arrive on time. Even if it had, the proposed ship time was ungodly long. I had to call twice to find out the status of shipment. The second time I was told there was a problem with FedEx but I never received a tracking number to confirm if this was true. Regardless, I personally wouldn't recommend this company because I don't know anyone who would be in the market to buy this kind of stuff. I was asked by the maintenance department to place the order, so they would be the ones seeking to purchase from this website again. I suppose that the order was correct and met the needs of the department because I never heard any complaints. I can also say that the process to attain tax exempt status went smoothly. One more thing. I took this survey for the reward. Now, as I scroll to the bottom of this page, I see that the reward is actually auto renewing magazine subscriptions. That's a really dirty way to get me to complete this survey. That's practically a scam. I definitely would never recommend this company to anyone. Come on. Really? I feel misled. I will still submit the survey because my responses are mostly negative. I will not be getting the magazines.
