I need to return the rug I bought for a larger size. I reached out to customer service at the toll free number. The person I spoke with was less than informed about how to handle a return/exchange. At one point she told me I just needed to send the rug back and I would need to make a return label myself. She did give me the address, but not sure what attention to send it to, possibly flooring. Then told me fir the exchange, I would need to place that with the manufacturer and because it would be a made to order item, it would take as much as 4-6 weeks and wanted to know if u wanted to wait that long. She then told me when sending the return I would need to include the order number. The only thing I had at the moment was the item I had received do I asked her which of the numbers in the several different labels I needed to include. After giving several numbers, she asked for the tracking number. Upon giving her that, she gave me my name snd asked if that was the order I needed to return. I told her yes, then she told me that she or one if the other girls would send me an email with the instructions to return but it would be about a week to get it! When I get the email then I could return the rug. However, to get a replacement, I would need to place another order on the “Milliken” website. She told me you guys were just the drop shipper. I didn’t place the original order on that website, but I can do that with no problem. The problem is, honestly I’m somewhat worried about getting my refund! If I send my rug back to the Brooklyn address as instructed, and order a new one from Milliken, then I will be out of my money and the rug and still need to repurchase the rug I need! I will be glad to discuss.

I am renovating my kitchen which is 16x18 ft I did not want to purchase the tile over because it would be too expensive. I was able to find the tile at power cellar... I purchased the tile 18 years ago. Glad they had it.
