I am very used to ordering online for gifts, etc. I have NEVER been on a website that was more difficult to navigate and figure out how to place an order. I finally called customer service and even then, with his help, I had difficulty locating the VERY small icons and their locations. They are very difficult to see because of their size and the lack of color contrasts. Once I was able to locate what I was looking for and figured out how to bring up the ordering information, the checkout was easy and like other ordering sites. If this wasn't a gift that I really wanted for my daughter, I would have given up in disgust after the first ten minutes. The sad part is that I had a list of exactly what I wanted to order and the whole purchase should have taken no more then five minutes!
As a side note, I have two complete sets of Pfaltzgraff dishes and accessories - everyday and Christmas that I have used for almost 50 years. I used to go to the outlet in York, PA to purchase them. Over the years they have served me well and almost none have been broken. Since I have always been so pleased with my Pfaltzgraff dishes, glasses, and service pieces I was expecting a much better experience with my current purchase! If I ever have to use the website again, I hope things will look much less difficult and be easier to use.
