In my effort to order my product I had issues including the On-line Gift Card code during the ordering/purchasing process. I was attempting to put the Gift Card code in the Coupon Code box in the initial window of the ordering process. I got a message to ensure my code was still valid. I ended up calling customer service and speaking with Draven, Aaron, and Donna. All three were very professional and eager to help. Only Donna (Customer Service) was able to tell me that a Gift Card code goes into a different part of the ordering process. I think that is a bad idea as all codes should be addressed early on in the process to ensure customers such as me have full awareness of costs and opportunities. I suggest the website workflow be updated to allow all discount codes to be entered and realized at the earliest points in the process. Bottom line, Donna (Customer Service) fixed my issue and I am now waiting on my product to arrive. Please tell her thank you and that I really appreciate her service and helping me out. Thank you for allowing me to respond to this.
