When asked for my email address it would not continue with the survey. I checked it FOUR times & even re-entered it & it would not accept it. I went back to the invoice page & copied & pasted the damn thing into the space & THEN it advanced to next page of the survey. It asked if this was the 1st ONLINE purchase in the last 6 months which I answered yes to but only because the last order I made which was my very FIRST order, your system gave me an error message without stating what type of error. I had to call cust. service on Monday and spoke with a VERY RUDE woman who argued with me that the screen just HAD to give a reason & that I must not have seen it. That was not the case. When I saw the error message I looked very closely ALL over that page knowing that I might need what type of error code when I did speak with someone in cust. service. I verified with her at the time that she was actually " in house " & not a call center service that apparently answers on the weekends. If you want to improve your customer service experience with your clients you may want to have her take training in how to be a better customer service rep. I know that this is an issue after reading many reviews complaining about poor treatment, dropped calls, & full voicemail boxes for your techs.
