BEWARE buying from this company.

We need a part for our fridge--it's useless without it. We purchased the part on 11.18.25; customer service rep told it it would be to us by 11.24 (we had asked if we should expedite shipping, they said if we did regular shipping it would get to us by 11.24, that did not happen). Got the part on 11.28; and it wasn't the correct part. Contacted Part Select, spoke with Sandra, who confirmed we ordered the correct part, they just sent the wrong thing. We expressed our frustration, since we don't have a fridge with two little ones running around. She apologized, but when we asked if Part Select would overnight the part to us (because it was their mistake) she indicated that they would cover only some of that cost (we would be on the hoook for $12.99 worth of shipping and PartSelect would absorb the rest--we ended up agreeing to that shipping charge. Sandra indicated that we would be charged for the full shipping, and then be reimbursed. The reimbursement has not happened. We received the part yesterday.... AND ITS THE EXACT SAME THING THEY ALREADY SENT THAT WAS WRONG. We are now out 2 shipping charges, still don't have the right part and couldn't be more dissatisfied with this company. When I expressed my frustration to Sandra, she was dismissive and kept repeating she was trying to help, but refused to acknowledge that PartSelect should take any monetary portion of their error.
