I was charged $95 I delivery fee for a freezer door gasket. An item that weighs less than one lb. Your site claims it’s an oversized item which is robbery. My current gasket, could safely fit in a box 12”x12”x12” and that’s generous. Even if unrolled it would be roughly 30”x30”x4” and that’s generous rough estimation. Honestly if I didn’t have an issue with my freezer door seal and an extremely frustrated wife I would not buy from you. I will not recommend again to anyone.

NO HELP, NO RETURN, NO SERVICE

I purchased online from this company and needed an outer door glass for my oven. I ordered what was said to be the outer glass for about $95.00...but when I got the glass, it was an inner glass and not the outer... I called customer service who said that they would email me a return label. I did receive the label, but found out at the UPS office that I would have to pay for the return which would be about $100.00. I called customer service back and they told me that I could take it to the post office which would be cheaper but that I would have to pay for the return because I was sent the product I ordered. I "thought" I was ordering the outside glass because that is what I was searching for on their site and it said "outer glass"... so I don't believe that I should have to pay the return postage...even if the post office is less... It looks like I'm stuck with something that I don't need and it would cost me more to return it than it did to purchase it. I do not recommend buying from this company.

The particular part I ordered is extremely fragile. It is the same part I ordered from you on 10/15/2025. I was unaware of its fragility and the glow bar shattered during installation. If there had been a bright red warning protector around the glow bar, I would’ve been more careful. Also, to remove the glow bar assembly, I have to cut a small zip tie. The zip tie is special because it clips into a bracket, it’s not a run-of-the-mill zip tie. Including a special zip tie as part of the re-assembly package would be professional and a step above other parts supply companies.
