My item had not arrived, but l couldn’t remember the date l ordered it. I tried various ways to look it up, but couldn’t find the date it was ordered, the price l paid, or the tracking info pertaining to the item. (I did not have an email with the ordering info for some reason.) I checked the USPS Informed Delivery app, but the item wasn’t listed as moving through the network or that it had been delivered. I checked the UPS and FedEx apps and the item didn’t show up in either of those apps. It made me think that maybe my order didn’t go through. It was frustrating, but perhaps the problem was that l’m not that computer savvy. So l decided to wait a few more days to see if it would turn up, and decided that l would try to call customer service the next time l tried to make contact, but the item arrived before l had checked back- so l was relieved that the order did go through. This was my third purchase on your site, and the ordering process is so easy- l love it! I’m a 66 year-old retired nurse (female) with limited computer skills, and my 30 year-old dishwasher has a soap dispenser that hasn’t worked for months (or maybe years.) I replaced the visible soap dish spring some time ago, and the door worked for a couple of weeks and then quit working again. I checked the internet trying to troubleshoot, and found a video about replacing a door latch assembly, so l ordered the door latch. When l took the door of the diswasher apart to replace the latch, l found that there was a rusted and broken inner spring that needed to be replaced first, hence my third order from PartSelect. I have my fingers crossed that l can follow the next video l found that shows how to replace the spring inside the door assembly.
