I ordered a part for my washing machine that was less than 10$ and I paid an extra $30 for next day delivery I had family in town visiting and urgently needed this part so I selected the fastest shipping option with an delivery day for Thursday July 10th, however the product did not arrive until Saturday July 12th, the tracking on the package also originally stated estimated delivery for Friday morning by 230pm which I was ok with, the package was loaded onto the truck for delivery to my address and it never arrived on that day after constantly having the delivery time changed on the tracking information. The driver never delivered my part on Friday even after waiting all day. It was then put back onto another truck on Saturday with a different address and finally delivered to my address on the 3rd day, the part was ordered on Wednesday before the time required to have it delivered on Thursday, I understand a day delay but this was beyond unacceptable for the price I paid for overnight shipping. When I tried to contact customer service over the phone or live chat to see what happened to my order I was told they are only available Monday to Friday and not available on the weekends so I have to wait until tomorrow to speak with someone regarding my issue.
