Customer service rep was one of the worst that I have ever had! I called to try and get information about how the order was wrong because this was my first time ever trying to order any appliance part online. It looked like the exact same part as I needed but come to find out the shaft was about 1/2 inch shorter. I called to try to figure out what was wrong and what I saw to prevent this in the future and see if it was in fact my error or the company's. He was extremely rude, spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I’m glad that I found this part and that it was cheaper than competitors, but due to the worst customer service I have ever had, I will most likely never buy anything else from here once this job is complete. I even asked for his name so that I could get in touch with a supervisor. He said something along the lines of, I already told you it's Nick. I asked him if he had a last name that I could reference when communicating with someone from supervision, and he refused to give it to me. When did "customer service" turn into "customer is bothering me"?
