Overall, the website was very helpful and easy to navigate. I also called the help line and received prompt, helpful information.
I was however a bit frustrated with the checkout process. The Shopping Cart takes at least 20 to 30 seconds to open each time, and I found if I clicked on an item in the Shopping Cart, I could not easily return to the Shopping Cart; I had instead to close down the window and reenter (and wait another 20 to 30 seconds for it to load).
Also, I was not able to to finalize the checkout because my shipping address is different than my billing address. After 5 attempts, I realized I had to ADD my billing address as a saved address, and then click on it during the billing section in order to finalize the order.
Also, it would be very helpful if you added more pictures of the product, at least the front and back of each seat. In particular, there is only one picture of the Deluxe Console from the front, and I have no idea if the back has an access panel.
Finally, it would also be helpful if you listed the inside dimensions of the bases of the seats, especially the Corner Couch, which I assume most people install at the back of the boat and in which they will store their gas tank.
