Selection was good, but system is not operating correctly. I tried to re-set my account password and received an email link. When the new password was entered, it could not be updated for "technical reasons." I tried multiple times over two days. Additionally, I had an American Express Gift Card that is supposed to be accepted anywhere American Express is accepted. The payment was denied multiple times through the website and also through a phone order. When I contacted American Express, they indicated that they declined the payment because the CVV was not submitted to them as part of the payment approval request from Overtons. I communicated this to customer service and they tried to help, but could not resolve the payment issue. The amount on the order is less than the balance on the AMEX gift card. During the call with Overtons customer service, I was on hold and the call disconnected, so the issue was never resolved. I don't think the representative (who was attempting to be helpful) had my number if we were disconnected, so I never received a call back. I've spent well over an hour trying to place an order. I went ahead and used a different credit card to place the order online to get the order to completion. Since not using a gift card, I reduced my order for only the items that I wanted to pay for personally.
