It began with a Chat while we were trying to place our order for a Bimini boat top. The AI Chat was useless. We had a question about measuring for the cover,and couldn’t find a number to call. The top is very expensive for what it is. It has no back support rod, which reduces the stability. We realized this as soon as we I packed the frame. We could not readily see that online. And it is much shorter and not as tall as we would need, once we could see the configuration of it.
The return process has not been easy. It is costing us almost $50 to return the frame and cover. Luckily I can use your shipping label to return. But I was instructed to return it on my own initially. The cover cost me $20 and the frame due to the long box was going to cost $88 thru UPS and $178 the USPS! I still need to call you to pay $23 for return shipping label
To be emailed to me in 2-3 business days as stated on the 4th email! We have since ordered a less expensive one from Amazon and have it already installed on our boat! Which would cost us nothing to return it if it wasn’t the right size! Frustrated with your customer service. We wouldn’t have bought it if it would have been described / pictured better!
