I ordered a board for a great price that I was really excited about. I needed it for an event I the following Friday. It arrived 4 days before but was dropped and broken by the FedEx delivery guy. Package did not have any cushioning inside or say fragile by the way, so his fault but Overton's did not help. Customer service lady was very nice but lied to me and said she'd send me a replacement that would arrive in 2 days. There is no replacement. I was notified a day after she told me that the product is on "backorder" (i.e., I'm not getting refunded and it's out of stock because it's an older model). So now I'm a day away from the weekend with no board and no bindings, because they had me return the board they broke. It's out of stock elsewhere online. I would have ordered a different board even if it was more expensive if it would have been here on time. Basically I got screwed and am now out of $300+ and with no board for the weekend. And now I have to call them AGAIN? to try and get my money back? Waste of my time. I've never been so unhappy with this expensive a purchase before. Nothing I can do now either because they notified me too late to order a different board that this one is on "backorder."
