I ordered four life jackets for my family. I paid extra to have them expedited as I needed them for an upcoming trip. I got an email notification a day or so after ordering that showed only two of my items had shipped and would arrive the following day. No details on whether they were out of stock on the other two. I was worried about that because they were on sale. I called and spent ten minutes with customer service trying to make sure the other items weren't backordered or cancelled. He assured me they were not and that I would be receiving them expedited as ordered but that they were shipping from another warehouse. I did not get them as promised. He told me they would arrive Thursday and I did not get them until the following Tuesday. Our trip was Saturday so I had to make other arrangements which was very frustrating. The pricing was the best anywhere on the web, but I was definitely disappointed that I paid for expedited shipping and did not get it for my second shipment.
