The Overtons online "experience" was good... but the shipping and one of the products were a tremendous disappointment. The most expensive thing that I ordered was a towable inflatable riding toy for the kids, and it was shipped in it's original retail packaging with the pictures of the item on it and no extra protection for the shipping process. When it arrived, the box was ripped open and torn up and I felt pretty sure that the product must have been damaged. Fortunately, it doesn't look like it was damaged because it is still holding air, but I expected it to be protected better than that for the shipping. Another inflatable item that I purchased did not perform as it was advertised (it was not sturdy enough to do what it was advertised to do) and it also sprung a leak as soon as we put it in the water! I will have to return that item for a refund because I don't trust it to last now, even if you were to send a replacement. I bought two of those identical items and I will be returning both of them for a refund, even though I have not taken the second one out of the box. I am now concerned that I will regret my purchase from Overtons because I bought these items on Clearance, and I am not sure if you will honor my returns. (Admittedly, I didn't read the fine print before giving you my Credit Card for payment!) I hope I can trust the returns and refund process.
