Boat carpet arrived was supposed to be 8.5 ft long was cut to 6 ft called customer service spoke with Kanara Wilson was very helpful
She ask if I could take pics of carpet with tape measure showing dimensions and e mail them to her while she waited on the phone on hold
I did so and was told she would fwd to vendor that was responsible
But being thanksgiving weekend would not probably not hear anything till Mon
Pics were transferred to Kathrine Camacho
And I had a response same day
Katherine requested pic with tape measure showing length and width if possible
Explained the time crunch I was under to complete job
Later that evening received email from Cathrine that she had reordered carpet and it was delivered on Saturday of holiday weekend
With minimal lost time on project
Both Kanara and Kathrine are great assets to your company and turned a bad situation for me into a very positive one with no delay encountered by me or my customer
