This is the 3rd time I have attempted this order. The first two times I submitted the order through my iphone on mobile web and while it appeared the order was submitted, it was never received by Overton's. The 1st attempt I waited 3 weeks and the order never arrived. I called into customer service and no record of my order was available. The rep indicated this has happened before and suggested I try again on laptop website. Second attempt was several weeks later on my iphone again and same result, order appeared be placed but Overton's never received the order and didn't ship the items. So now I remembered the items I needed again and was in front of my laptop and placed the order on web. The order now appears in my order history so I am hopeful this one actually went through and I will receive my items. This is a big issue, who knows how many orders Overton's is missing and causing customer frustration. This should be a top priority issue to address. If it were my business, this would be priority #1.
